FractionAcre allows investors to purchase fractional real estate ownership for sale via SPV-based equity structures, earn rental income every month or quarter, and trade their holdings through an intuitive secondary marketplace. Every interaction, from property discovery to investor-manager conversations, was crafted to feel simple, transparent, and trustworthy.

The Problem

During SolGuruz research into existing fractional real estate investing platforms and real estate crowdfunding solutions, a few consistent issues stood out:

High minimum investment requirements

Most platforms still expect sizable commitments, which immediately shuts out everyday retail investors who want to start small.
