Our CEO Is in Melbourne and Sydney This September. Let’s Talk.

We are in Melbourne and Sydney from 14 to 29 September, to talk startups, product, AI agents and software development. Here is who we would like to meet and how to grab a slot.

SolGuruz CEO Paresh Mayani is heading to Australia

Summarise with AI

Short on time? Let AI do the work. Get the key points.

From 14 to 29 September 2026, our CEO Paresh Mayani is in Melbourne and Sydney. Not for a booth at a conference, and not for a run of back-to-back pitches. The plan is simpler: meet the people building software in Australia, hear what they are working on, and find out where it makes sense to work together.

Coffee, your office, or a video call if the diary will not cooperate. If you are building something here, we would like to meet you.

We already build for Australian teams

This is not a first visit to a market we have only read about. We have been delivering for Australian companies for years, for teams in Sydney and Melbourne, and for others in Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and Darwin.

The work has covered a fairly wide spread:

  • All-in-one workforce platforms covering time tracking, tasks, projects and recruitment
  • Employee performance platforms for OKRs, KPIs and recognition
  • Healthcare staffing and shift scheduling software
  • Asset management software
  • Hotel maintenance management solutions
  • Property management software
  • Custom CRM solutions
  • Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows
  • AI agents and workflow automation
  • AI note-taking and medical scribing for clinical practice
  • An AI teleprompter that writes, scrolls and records

Three kinds of problem run through that list:

  • Operations and assets. Equipment, buildings and property, where maintenance schedules, compliance records and downtime are the whole problem.
  • People and scheduling. Getting the right person, with the right certification, to the right site on the right day.
  • AI that does real work rather than demo work. From a tool that drafts and transcribes to agents coordinating across a whole process.

Custom CRM tends to sit across all three, because it is usually where the customer record and the operational record finally have to agree. These are expensive problems when they go wrong. If you want the fuller picture of how we work with companies here, our custom software development in Australia practice covers it.

Who we would like to meet

  • Founders of Australian startups in fintech, proptech, healthtech, agtech or logistics, who need a product partner rather than a pair of hands.
  • Scale-ups whose local hiring has stalled. If a senior engineer is taking four months to land, a partner team is worth an hour of your time.
  • Australian digital agencies looking for a delivery partner they can put in front of their own clients without worrying.
  • Enterprise and innovation leads in aged care, resources, logistics and financial services.
  • Independent IT consultants with more work booked than hands available.

What we would like to talk about

Bring the problem, not a brief. The most useful meetings we have are the ones where somebody describes what is actually stuck.

  • Building solutions that scale, and the growth strategy around them, up to enterprise-grade platforms
  • AI where it earns its place: LLM integration, agentic workflows, and automation that removes real work rather than demoing well
  • Product and platform builds on React, Next.js, Node, Python, Laravel, Flutter, React Native, Android and iOS, though we are not limited to that list
  • Dedicated teams that work your hours, not ours
  • Legacy software modernization, where the system still does its job but is getting harder to maintain, and current technology would make day-to-day operations more efficient
  • Rescuing a build that has stalled, and being honest about whether it should be rescued or restarted

If AI is on your list, that is the conversation we are having most often right now. Not the demo version, but the part where an agent touches real systems, real permissions and real data. The part that has to keep working on a Tuesday afternoon when something upstream changes. Our AI engineering services go into more detail if you want background before we meet.

The offshore question, answered directly

Most Australian buyers we meet have tried offshore delivery before. A good number have been burned by it. Vanishing developers, status reports describing a project nobody recognizes, and a codebase you cannot see until it is too late to do anything about it.

That skepticism is earned, so it is worth saying plainly how we work rather than asking you to take it on trust.

  • You get access to the Figma files and the codebase from day one.
  • You talk to the engineers doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages.
  • Status goes out daily and demos run every two weeks.
  • There is a one-week free trial before you commit to anything, and a discovery-first start so scope surprises surface before they cost money.

None of that is a concession; it is simply how the work is set up, and our delivery process is published for anyone to read.

Let’s meet, wherever works

  • Dates: 14 to 29 September 2026
  • Cities: Melbourne and Sydney
  • Formats: coffee, your office, or a video call

Travel between the two cities is flexible. If you are in Brisbane, Canberra or Adelaide and the timing lines up, say so, and we will see what can be arranged.

A quick note about SolGuruz

We are a full-cycle product development partner, founded in 2019, with 90 people in-house across frontend, backend, mobile, AI and machine learning, design, business analysis and QA.

We have shipped 102 products for clients in 17 countries. We hold a 4.9 rating across 34 Clutch reviews, and 80% of our clients come back for more work. Those numbers matter less than the conversation, but they are the reason a first meeting is usually worth the hour.

Meet Paresh

Paresh Mayani is a technologist, open-source contributor and community builder with more than a decade in product development. He has spoken at developer conferences worldwide and contributed to the Android and Flutter communities.

He holds over 125,000 reputation on Stack Overflow with 2.7 million answer views, ranking among the top contributors for Android. He founded SolGuruz with a mission he still repeats in most meetings: build software with transparency, flexibility and pure ethics, and stand by every commitment, no matter what.

Grab a slot

Diaries fill up quickly on a trip like this, so earlier is better than later. Tell us which city you are in, roughly what you are working on, and whether coffee, your office or a call suits you best. Half an hour is usually enough to work out whether a longer conversation is worth having.

There is no pitch deck waiting at the other end of this. If the fit is not there, we will say so on the day, and you will still leave with a straight answer about the problem you brought. If the fit is there, we will follow up with something concrete rather than a proposal template. Either way, the hour is yours, and we would rather be useful once than stay in touch for a year without being either.

Get in touch to book a time, and we will come back with options that fit around your week. See you in Melbourne and Sydney.
