Wow! February 22nd at SolGuruz House was something else! The Nirmitee Hackathon 2025 was in full swing, and you could just feel the energy.

Imagine seven teams, all buzzing with incredible AI ideas, working non-stop for 24 hours. It was like a crash course in AI, getting everyone to really dive in and play around with the tools.

The teams were tackling real problems, the kind that companies and industries face every day, and coming up with AI solutions. The teams gave a new definition to AI development and prompt engineering.

Honestly, the creativity and teamwork were terrific. They came up with some seriously cool prototypes, proving what's possible when you put brilliant brains and AI at work.

Target Industry – Women's Safety and Surveillance

Problem Statement:

Recently, we have seen a rise in crimes against women. Their safety is an issue that concerns every household. There are many steps the government is taking in this direction. The question is how tech can help. Current solutions require manual SOS activation, which is often impossible in high-risk situations.

Solution:

With the latest advancements, a tech-savvy AI-powered solution for women’s safety was developed by the team of Agni coders. The team developed an AI-driven emergency response system that automatically detects distress signals through voice, motion, and environmental triggers.

Sometimes, if the woman in danger can not speak, the silence gets recorded and turns into a signal. The best thing in such scenarios is that the system is designed in such a way that it picks up the silence as a distress signal. The system then alerts emergency contacts and authorities without requiring manual intervention.

Target Industry - Astrology

Problem Statement:

Astrology has become an important domain in our day-to-day lives. Due to the uncertainties of life, people seek clarity in their personal and professional lives. The problem is that the traditional fortune-telling methods lack accessibility and consistency.

A major pain point is time constraints. Keeping an appointment and visiting an expert astrologer needs a lot of time. Due to this time crunch, people generally skip the traditional methods. They need a solution that is smart, cost-effective, and accessible. A simple solution that can be accessible through their fingers and click.

Solution:

KaalTara is an AI-powered astrology, palmistry, and face-reading platform that uses deep learning. It has predictive models to provide personalized insights while maintaining accuracy and transparency. Users must input their regular details like Date of Birth, time, and place.

Unlike traditional astrology apps, which rely on predefined algorithms and ancient texts, KaalTaara leverages OpenAI’s advanced AI models to analyze facial features, palm patterns, and birth details dynamically.

By experimenting with different prompts, the team refined their approach to provide more personalized and insightful predictions, achieving an accuracy of approximately 60-70%.

As a response, it displays Career, Health, Relationship, Personality, Strengths, Challenges, Potential, and Advice, etc.

Target Industry - Corporate

Problem Statement:

With AI in the market, there are many tools for online meetings, such as Otter. AI and many more. However, the issue persists for offline meetings. Offline meetings lack the automated tools available for virtual meetings.

This results in lost insights, inefficient follow-ups, and unstructured discussions. Also, many important points are skipped, and much of the time is lost in recirculating things with everyone and keeping everyone on the same page.

Solution:

Keeping this issue in mind, AvishkarX built an AI-powered offline meeting summarization tool. The tool transcribes discussions, identifies action points, and generates automated meeting summaries to ensure alignment across teams.

Target Industry - Healthcare

Problem Statement:

With increasing stress, health levels are at an all-time low. Diseases that are caused by wrong lifestyle habits and choices, a category of lifestyle diseases has emerged. What’s more worrisome is that health solutions should be available to all, but in fact, they are not.

Many individuals, especially those with low health information or those with no access to health information, struggle with symptom identification. A solution that can help the user with all the information on symptoms and the dos and don’ts. Another important issue is following a medicine schedule and emergency alerts.

Solution:

The team created 4O4 Not Sick, which is an AI-driven health monitoring app that provides symptom analysis, personalized health plans, and smart reminders. The AI-powered app aims to use an AI symptom checker to identify symptoms and find remedies.

User can simply speak or type their symptoms. On the basis of the gathered information like gender, age, meal type, and symptoms, the app suggests a diet plan, medicines, exercises, water, and sleep plan. It uses AI to store important details and EHR(Electronic Health Records) for future recommendations. It even provides the provision of notifying emergency contacts in critical times to ensure timely assistance.

Target Industry - Healthcare

Problem Statement:

The most painful scenario in healthcare is when you are a suffering patient, and you are unable to schedule an appointment. The inefficiency in appointment scheduling increases patient frustration, leading to no-shows. This brings more burden on the medical staff to be on their toes.

Healthcare providers struggle with high call volumes, scheduling inefficiencies, and last-minute cancellations, leading to underutilized time slots and frustrated patients.

Solution:

The team created an AI-powered scheduling system that is a SaaS-based solution. It aims to automate and streamline doctor-patient appointment scheduling via voice interaction.

The bookings, rescheduling, and cancellation of doctor appointments are done via voice-based interactions. This not only helps save time but also improves the patient experience and accessibility.

It reduces the administrative workload on the medical staff. The technology improves patient experience and clinic efficiency by incorporating AI-driven conversation handling, real-time calendar management, and intelligent reminders.

Target Industry- Social Media, SEO Marketing

Problem Statement:

In the short attention span, users these days are not interested in reading a long LinkedIn post. The most common issue with the SEO marketing industry is getting summarized content, which is apt, unique, and engaging. Every marketing influencer desires to summarize very long-form content, which can instantly be shared on social media.

Solution:

The AI-powered article summarization tool created by the team Udbhav was true to its name, the birth of a unique idea. The app aims to simplify the whole process of summarization. It not only summarizes long articles but also generates engaging post captions. After integrating with mobile devices, it enables effortless social media sharing.

Problem Statement:

Extensive status updates, including what was done in a whole day, is a bit tedious job. Not only is it time-consuming, but it can overwhelm the client with information overload. Putting a human at work to collect such information can have multiple loopholes, like waste of talent, monotony, and many others. What is required is a solution that can automate this, and summarize the day in digestible information.

Solution:

Bodh Brainiacs built an AI-powered tool that works as an aggregator of daily status updates. It collects information, refines, and condenses internal updates into a concise, client-friendly email. The solution aims at creating a transparent culture of communication within teams.

The best thing is a concise e-mail directly in your mail with all the important details like progress, challenges, and what can be done. All with the AI-powered solution. Allows the employees to focus on their work rather than report generation.
