For the ShiftSquad healthcare staffing application, our UI/UX team had to develop an intuitive design to navigate the nurses and the healthcare companies faster to reach their required app query or functionality. Outdated Processes, such as rent collection, lease renewals, and tenant onboarding, were done manually, leading to human errors and a lack of audit trails.
We also empowered the entire property management app with automated rent collection, late fee calculations, and digital receipts. The admin panel also supported full financial tracking, including deposits, deductions, and real-time cash flow reports.
The client lacked a centralized system where all stakeholders could track property updates, financial reports, and documents in one place.
