When SolGuruz partnered with the founders of FractionAcre, the goal was straightforward but ambitious:
- Bring premium global real estate within reach of everyday investors by redesigning the fractional ownership experience from the ground up.
- Our mission was to build a platform where these answers feel obvious, not through lengthy explanations, but through a product experience that speaks for itself.
- Fractional real estate is gaining rapid traction globally, but most users still struggle to understand what fractional real estate really is, whether it’s a good investment, and how to confidently navigate fractional interest in real estate opportunities.
- FractionAcre allows investors to purchase fractional real estate ownership for sale via SPV-based equity structures, earn rental income every month or quarter, and trade their holdings through an intuitive secondary marketplace. Every interaction, from property discovery to investor–manager conversations, was crafted to feel simple, transparent, and trustworthy.
The Problem:
During our research into other fractional real estate investing platforms and real estate crowdfunding solutions, a few consistent issues stood out:
High minimum investment requirements
Most platforms still expect sizable commitments, which immediately shuts out everyday retail investors who want to start small.
Liquidity challenges
Real estate is still difficult to exit. Selling a stake isn't always simple, and buyers aren't guaranteed when an investor wants to cash out.

Configured Firewalls on AWS instances and databases to allow limited access.
Source code obfuscation
Implemented Source code obfuscation practices to make the source-code in unreadable format, and so it would be difficult to temper or reverse engineer the released app's executable file.
Automated Backup and Rollback
Configured cloud instances to take backup at regular intervals and so a particular version can be rolled back when required automatically.
